This week we have added our patio heater parts page. We think the one thing that sets us apart from most web based sales companies as well as the big boxed stores is that we are known for our personal customer service. Almost all of us here that answer the phones have been here for several years, a few of us started in the field installing patio heaters as well as in our shop repairing them. We are available to take your calls Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm pacific standard time, we are closed on weekends. We are a California based company.
We started this company in 1995, back then we manufactured misting systems. We started selling heaters in the winter months to keep the guys going until misting season started again in the summer. We found ourselves selling more and more heaters, it now has become our primary business. So when it comes to the most popular patio heaters we have the knowledge to answer your questions as well as helping you make the decision that is right for you whether it is an installation or choosing a portable heater, or even helping you with difficult commercial type installations
On our new heater parts page you can look at the pictures and descriptions of the parts we handle. On the Sunglo, Patio Comfort and the Lava Heat brands, we do have those parts as well but most of the time we have to order them in. On the Sunpak, Calcana’s Patio Pal and other natural gas wall and ceiling mounted heaters we have these parts available to us if we don’t have them in stock.
We also have a full line of heater covers for most patio heaters out there.
We repair everything we sell right here in our Southern California shop, we also have an extensive showroom with almost everything we sell, as well as bbq grills, and we now have a full line of bbq islands and accessories to offer you.
